She apparently reduced the size of both. Hopefully she had the surgeon keep her own breast tissue and not use implants. So today we have the NEW Eliana! And she looks great despite the sad loss of mammary tissue! LOL To me cutting down a woman's breast size is like shortening a man's penis. "Breasts too big" is to me like "having too much money" in the bank. As Mr. Spock would say:"That is illogical"! I could go on and on but I'll just say that Eliana looks great and I hope to see lots more of her. Hopefully if she becomes able to master the
ancient lost art of "Stubble Removal" she just MIGHT become a Contender! ;)

I like that sweet "Brown Eye" also. (Talking about the one between her butt cheeks).
My only negative comment is that she really should have taken a few minutes to put on a fresh coat of toenail polish or taken the old coat off. Her toes look beat up. I'm sure with the money she would make from this shoot would easily have reimbursed her for a decent pedicure before posing for the world, right?

@ D B Cooper I agree with you that a breast reduction has occurred here , but I think, if this shoot is current, that it was a good choice on Eliana's part to return to a more natural look. Looking at other shoots, the most recent I could find were from Nov. 2014 and in those she still had those massive implants, but I hope this is her present look.

The Bad; Besides my limerick, I notice that despite her attempts at reducing her bush, she did miss a few spots.
