When I wrote that: "I've got my money for this shoot...."
I did not mean to imply that the model was paid in advance.
What I did mean was that the model felt that she WOULD
be paid once the photographer took the photos and that
the photographer WOULD accept her as a model.
Now the real question is of course WHY did the model
correctly assume that she would be paid when she looked
like she truly did not give a damn?
And I believe that the correct answer is the one that you gave:
