What a beauty might be in love with her

Sadly I am underwhelmed by Sultana. In photo # 4 she appears to have a huge schnoz.
In other photos her nose appears to look different from one photo to the next.

And the nipple mole does not help. "Sultana" means "A wife or concubine of a sultan".
Maybe this is why Arabs keep their women covered from head to toe?
