It is clear to me that this is an incredible breakthrough which you have achieved.
Obviously you are making exceptional progress in your therapy and I would
feel remorse if I did not thoroughly acknowledge your improvement.
I can only imagine how many hours of treatment that you have had to receive
in order for this nearly miraculous psychiatric result to occur.
I am sure that both you and the whole psychiatric team in your institution
are quite proud of this and rightly so.
My only one little suggestion is to change your screen name. "noob"? Really?
Surely you can do better than that! With all of those voices screaming in your
head you can be a bit more creative than that, can't you?
